Lisa enthusiastically joined United Way in October 2016. Since graduating from Fanshawe’s Office Administration – Executive program, Lisa has spent the majority of her career in the non-profit sector, and will enthusiastically encourage new grads to consider working in the sector to gain work experience and utilize their new skills. Lisa thrives in working behind the scenes, supporting leaders and their teams accomplish the organization’s mission and serve our community. Outside of work Lisa enjoys travelling, learning, cheering for Team Canada at any sporting event, and most recently being an auntie to her new niece.

Kelly Ziegner was named the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Way in August 2016. Kelly is a familiar face to many, through her former role as United Way’s Director of Community Engagement for the past six years. She is a life-long Londoner, who often quips that she is a United Way “lifer” having always been connected to our work in some capacity throughout her 20-year career in the nonprofit sector. She is currently a contributing member of United Way Canada’s National Marketing & Communications Leaders Network and was recently selected as one of 30 individuals internationally to participate in United Way Worldwide’s highly competitive Fellowship Program.
Before her current role, Kelly spent seven years at the Thames Valley Children’s Centre as their Director of Community Relations where she led their $7.5 million capital fundraising campaign. An award-winning communicator, Kelly received her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation in 2003 and is an alumna of King’s University College and Western University.

Shelly joined United Way in 2008 as the Office Coordinator, advancing to the Donor & Financial Services Manager in 2015. Prior to joining United Way, Shelly was an Administrative Assistant to Finance at the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Alberta Division. A native of London, Ontario, Shelly lived and worked in Edmonton, Alberta before returning to London in 2008.

Jessica was born and raised in Southwestern Ontario. When joining the team at United Way, she knew she had the opportunity to help improve the lives of those living in her community. Upon completion of her Bookkeeping studies at Fanshawe College, Jessica assumed the role of Accounting Assistant with United Way. Jessica has an avid love of horses and the equestrian sport.
