United Way Elgin Middlesex is pleased to welcome Kim Tetley as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 9th, 2026.
With over 15 years in nonprofit leadership, Kim has been recognized for her people-centred leadership approach and her commitment to strengthening communities by building partnerships.
“Following an extensive and highly competitive search process, the Board is delighted to welcome Kim Tetley as the next CEO and President of United Way Elgin Middlesex,” said Colin Yausie, Board Chair of United Way Elgin Middlesex. “Kim distinguished herself throughout the search process through her exceptional leadership, strategic vision, deep understanding of community needs, and proven ability to foster strong partnerships. We are confident that her experience, values, and commitment to community will further advance our mission, strengthen our impact, and position United Way Elgin Middlesex for continued success in the years ahead.”
Most recently, Kim served as Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of London and Area, where she led the organization through a period of significant growth and renewed community impact. Previously, Kim held progressive senior leadership roles with Tim Hortons Foundation Camps, driving growth in fundraising and innovation in community programming. Having made London home for many years, Kim is well-connected across the communities we serve.

I have seen what is possible when people come together around a shared purpose, and that is exactly what this organization has done for generations. I’m excited to work alongside our volunteers, donors, community partners, staff, and supporters to build on this legacy, address emerging challenges, and strengthen the communities we are all proud to serve across Elgin and Middlesex.”
Roxanne Riddell, who has served as Interim President and CEO since January 2026, will continue in her role as Director of Community Impact.
